Tracy Elder Client Relations Specialist As Client Relations Specialist, Tracy Elder plays a key role in strengthening and maintaining the relationships that are central to the Summit Advisory Group client experience. Through consistent communication, thoughtful outreach, and a high level of attentiveness, she helps ensure that every client interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and personalized service. Tracy works closely with both clients and the advisory team to support ongoing engagement, coordinate communications, and enhance the overall client journey. Her ability to anticipate needs, follow through with precision, and maintain strong relationships contributes meaningfully to the firm’s reputation for delivering a high-touch, client-focused experience. Prior to joining Summit Advisory Group, Tracy served as a research assistant supporting both federal and private-sector organizations in maintaining environmental regulatory compliance. Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys an active lifestyle that includes hiking, skiing, snowboarding, boating, golf, and tennis. She is the proud mother of two children, Grace and Jake.
